This is a scam. This publishing company has no connection with Amazon. They only use the name to scam people. They call their clients before they realize that they are being scam so they could write good reviews on multiple sites and i know it because i did it. They called me multiple times until i agreed to give them positive reviews even though they hadn't done anything for me yet with my book.
It's the lack of professionalism from a certain employee that confirmed my fear. And i made a lot of researches to find the truth. I can't tell you how bad this is since I stopped everything with them before they could steal my money. You can do some researches to realize that normal publishing companies don't ask for money up front, they only take a commission fee for each books they sell. The real Amazon publishing company is called, Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, (KDP).
