Used the service accidentally. Was looking for information on how to get a refund on a Visa card. Unexpectedly, a good service took the task seriously and informed about all the pitfalls and how long to wait. But the main thing that surprised me was that when I contacted them again, they already knew about my past requests and asked how everything went :)
