I've been using Fineproxy.de for quite some time now, and I can confidently say that it's one of the most reliable and versatile proxy service I've ever come across.

They offer 3 types data center hosted proxy servers:

1. Static Private Proxies
2. Static Shared Proxies
3. Dynamic/Rotating Proxies

I use their Static Shared Proxies.
- Proxy location: Germany.
- Amount of proxies: 3000 IPs

I like the fact that they offer a huge number of proxies for a fairly small price.

One of the disadvantages: a client can use one proxy package only from one server or home computer. It would be better if it were possible to use these proxies from several places at the same time.

What else I like:
- good connection speed
- support if questions arise. They respond quickly. In my case, within a few minutes.

Conclusion:

The service is good enough to give it a chance and try it out.
