“Poor and slow customer service”

I Ordered two pairs of shoes. One pair was not the right item. I never received the correct shoes after three weeks. I keep emailing them and it takes days for them to respond without solving any issue.
The shoes are not comfortable with a cork bottom either. Poor quality overall.
This company showed up on FB feed and I will report this company for gouging my money and not refunding the item. I am advising people to stay away from this company, one of the worst shoe companies online.

Products used:
Sandal ordered but not the right one arrived. I asked the right one to be sent to me. They said keep the wrong ones and donate.

But what about the ones I paid $54 for? Refund my money. It's super frustrating.
