Hi everyone, I'm a student at a university and I work a full time job. I hired myAssignmenthelp.com to complete a test for me that they agreed that they can do at the, however, on the day of the exam, they didnt do it. Just BE AWARE! They will scam you! I provided them a PDF of the questions. Prior to the day of the test, they state that the "expert" taking the test is fully prepared and ready to take the test but on the day of the test, the "expert" was not available according to them. It was a timed test and i failed my test due to non-completion. At the end of the day it is your choice to choose what you want to do but as a previous and dissatisfied customer, i would not suggest this company at all. They are not even located in US. I have received calls from different countries which also occurred charges on my phone account. If you still place an order, i would be very careful using your credit card. I would ask them that you can only pay on PayPal's website. They say they have refunded my money but its been over 15 days and i still have not received my money. Finally i filed a complaint to my bank!
Tip for consumers:
Ive heard people also had problems with getting their essays written by them. They turn out to be full of plagiarism.

We are unable to see your order number but it seems from the screenshot that your refund is requested. We can only be termed as a 'SCAM' if we don't promise a refund despite no work. We have business based in US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and many other countries. As far as your phone charges are concerned, receiving an International call can never charge you unless you are out of your home network i. E. called 'Roaming'. If you are in roaming and your carrier charges you to receive a call so again irrespective of where you are receiving a call from, the charges will be same. Please speak to your network if they are charging you for this reason as no carrier like AT&T, Verizon, Sprint etc. can charge you for an incoming call if you are based in your home location. We know your carrier and its charges is none of our business but we care for your hard earned money and hoping this out of the box support may help you. As far as refund is concerned, it should have been done by 20th_Aug as the message on 11_Aug suggest max. 7 working days. Please let us know your order number and we will be happy to check the same for you
