Buyer Beware they will try to take your car at 11 days and mislead you into thinking you will only have a late fee here on the contract. They practice unfair and deceptive trade practice which violates the NC GENERAL Statue Chapter 75 by pre approving you online for a vehicle with a high down payment and then when you get 10 days behind send you to collections. Below is a screenshot of the only mentioning in their contract of being late under Truth - In - Disclosure. Yeah they will show great business ethics up until you hit the 10 day mark.
