Continuation from my first review.
FedEx delivered the package to the wrong address and says now the customer has to pay the fee to fix the delivery driver's wrong address delivery. Where is it the customers responsible. It's not it's the company's.
It's sad how one company can literally drain someone of all the money they have and expect more. Well at this point I have to say they are for sure not the company this customer will ever use again. Good luck to those who do use FedEx. I'm literally speechless at this point.
