Customer service cares very little about the pros on their platform. Is a falsely promoting those who pay more versus those who actually perform, allows for false or fake reviews, and does not inform customers that every pro they inquire with will be charged but instead promote it as a free web site. Company is a scam that prays on entrepreneurs and small businesses.
