When I purchased this gift I selected the vegetarian option for menu cards that were provided with spice packs. Halfway through the year subscription they stopped sending vegetarian menu cards. I found out the company was sold and thought it would be worth an email to see if I could get the veg menu and find out if they would get back to sending them out. Upon contacting customer service, they were more interested in having me prove I had not received the cards and arguing over the definition of what vegetarian means. This went on for many emails. They refused to answer questions or offer to provide us with the product we were originally sold. I called the number provided to chat, no answer. I gave up. I'll look for a similar next time I get this type of gift.
