Ordered a set of HID bulbs. One showed up dead on arrival.
Called in about the issue and was told via phone they would take care of it. I then received a email from customer service rep Sarah Oelschlaeger asking for the reason for the return. I replied stating it showed up dead on arrival. Did not get a response from Sarah for 10 days. I opened a Paypal claim. Sarah emailed me asking to close the claim before they would send a return label. I refused as that's would leave me in a vulnerable situation. She stopped communication via email. Paypal picked up the case. I had to pay for return shipping on a defective item. Paypal sided with me on this case.
Avoid Vivid at all costs. They lost me as a customer over a $30 order. Absolutely ridiculous how they handled this situation.
