Oojo had the best prices for my international flight and the confirmation process was extremely quick. Unlike some other companies I have used who take several days to confirm and/or issue a ticket then raise the prices. I was booked and received an electronic ticket within minutes and the price was as advertised.

I searched over a half dozen websites for online airfare to Hawaii from the East coast. All of the advertised low prices were suddenly not available when I attempted to book them. They were all using classic bait and switch airfares. SmartFares, on the other hand, offered great prices and I was successfully booked in less then an hour. I saved over $1,000. I will definitely use them again for future travel.

This travel company is a total scam. I was searching for airfare to Hawaii and found bookmytravel.com website was advertising prices for over $1,000 less then the airline websites! Too good to be true? Yes! After booking my flight on their website I get a confirmation number but no ticket. An email the next day informs me that they could not reach the airline and my reservation is still on hold and I need to call them. After calling I am told that airfare no longer exists but for a lot more money I could get a different itinerary. I refused and booked my airfare on another site and was ticketed in under 5 minutes. Needless to say bookmytravel.com is still offering the exact same airfare on their website. Don't waste your time.

I was very weary of booking my flights on this website as several other attempts at other sites were advertising cheap fares but when I booked they all were bait and switch fares. But I booked my flight for 2 passengers on Lookupfare and received a confirmation from the airlines in under 24 hours. I had saved over $600. I hadn't received seat assignments and tried calling the airlines directly and had over a 2 hour wait. So I called customer service at Lookupfare and was answered immediately! My seats were assigned immediately. I will definitely use this website again for future travel plans
