Saw what I wanted on their easy to use and clear website for a total coming to around $3K as a first time customer. Ordered it on-line Monday morning, paid with credit card, paid for 2-day delivery, arrived Thursday afternoon in the Rockies. Exactly what I ordered. All good here.

They had some specific brand/size/color shirts that I could NOT find anywhere, even on the manufactures web site. Setting up an account was easy, the web site said they had what I wanted, so I bought 3 of them. The e-mail communication was quick and precise with accurate tracking info/links. In less than a week I had my well packed package! I wish all my on-line shopping experiences were this good. I don't do many reviews, but given the reviews I saw here I just thought I'd just share my very good experience!

Just trying to add an additional cell phone to my existing account. After waiting on hold for over 10 minutes i started chatting with them. After the chat person asked 2 questions i had already spelled out in the text, i just called back and shouted agent repeatedly in to the phone. After getting transferred around i got to someone who spoke to me on a speaker phone far from the phone. Very unhappy.

Too bad. I had good experience in the past. Latest e-mail shows less parts available than previous e-mail. They ignored my request to ship what they had. No way to talk to a person. Cancelled order after waiting over a month.
