When I first became involved with this organization they were under a different name "Equivity" and they got into so much hot water by poor business practices that they started this new company.

Unfortunately for me my Domain Registrations have remained and Every Year like Clock Work they Bring Down my Primary Corporate Web site even though the Bill is paid in full. They have done this consistently for 5 years running and tell me every year after the event that "They will have this problem Fixed and it won't happen again." Well this year at renewal it was no different and they brought my site offline yet again for the 5th straight year. Even after numerous emails today, the day they took my site offline, my site is still not back online, even after sending them copies of the paid invoices for Domain Renewal.

My recommendation, NEVER do business with this company.
