I bought bed three years ago at first it was a good bed but now it has an indentation that won't go away like it is supposed to and it is uncomfortable they will not honor there 10 yr warranty

Since a free replacement was not deemed permissible, the condition of your mattress would have had to be outside of a manufacturing defect and/or caused by usage or improper care.
