I ordered and paid for Real Madrid v Liverpool tickets well ahead. They said they would be delivered to my hotel the day before game. Waited and waited... rang countless times... no reply. Emailed dozen times... no reply. The tickets did arrive late that night so I thought fine... but we're rejected at the Stadium Scanners as forgeries. We tried various scanners and supervisor confirmed they were counterfeit. Rang and emailed countless times more... finally they spoke to me but refuse to accept they were forged. Now have to take up with credit card company. UPDATE... the response from them is a nonsense. The tickets failed at the scanners because they were counterfeit. Please see that there is another post here who was sold forged tickets for this game... they rang yesterday to offer me Slovenia Tickets... struggling to get players to attend that, never mind fans!
Dear Sean, We can tell you the tickets you purchased were bought directly from the club Real Madrid and the tickets are good for use, after checking done in front of Real Madrid club we Were told that targets you are a fan of Liverpool and an English citizen you are entitled to sit in the stands of the Real Madrid.
I want to take you to the terms and rules appear here on the site and were signed when ordering your tickets:
8. Special Provisions and Liability
D. EasySportsTickets shall not be held liable should organisers of an event or the authorities deny admission to the client and/or user of a ticket delivered by EasySportsTickets to an event except insofar in the case of an intentional act, omission or gross negligence by EasySportsTickets.
E. The client and/or user of a ticket shall visit an event at their own risk. EasySportsTickets shall not be held liable for damages (also in cases of undelivered tickets by EasySportsTickets) that the client and/or user may suffer whilst travelling from or to the event or attending such an event.
Although it is your responsibility, we called you and we offered you compensation tickets to other games taking place in the country, you adamantly refused.
