81 days or 11 weeks and 4 days ago, Almost 1/4 of a year ago, I ordered a frame for a picture. They miscut the frame. I have spent hours formulating and sending 10 emails, including MANY MANY pictures of the miscut frame to get the correct frame. The last email from them said they'd send a new frame, notify me when the frame shipped. That was on Oct 31,2023. Still no frame, no notice it shipped. Ridiculous

I ordered picture frame. Got the backing and plastic cover, never got the correct cut / size frame so have been unable to "use" it. Hours taking pics and sending 10 emails with pics, almost 4 month later? STILL NO GOOD FRAME
