“Terrible service in all departments”

I know there a retail store, but there expertise and interaction with paying customers is horrible

They dont actually care to answer your questions and provide terrible service with what they say is expert knowledge
For a place that advertizes customer service and expert knowledge on their products they arent any good at either

Tip for consumers:
amazon is better. you can get a full refund if something doesnt work for you and dont get treated like crap

Products used:
I've used everything from drums to speakers. They can't even bring something in from another store without you paying a 10% nonrefundable deposit.
