We have ordered some light switches and was told through( kitchensource.com)website that the order will ship within 3 days of the order date submitted and now its 5 days and no tracking has been sent indicating that the order is shipped.
We WRITING this to tell Kitchensource.com to update there website to say(WHEN PAYMENT IS RECEIVED) TO SHIP WITHIN 3 DAYS--NOT WHEN ORDER IS RECEIVED TO SHIP WITHIN 3 DAYS ---THAT CAN BE MISLEADING TO MOST OF US.
Tip for consumers:
Please Beware that if you expect your items to be shipped within their guide lines within 3 days when kitchensource.com website tells you that it will---It won't happen, they are telling me that it's when the payment is processed it will ship within 3 days, that can take any amount of time plus your 3 days;
We want people to know that their website needs to be updated to telling people the truth and not to be misleading about it to make a sale happen; Seth
