So it was my wedding and my youngest sister (12 years old) really liked a dress that was on this awful site. I ordered it for her and reminded them constantly to make sure they make the dress according to the measurements i gave them. One month later package arrived. My little sister woke up and ran to open the package as if it was Christmas morning. She started crying. The dress wouldn't even fit a 5 year old. It broke my heart seeing her like that. Immediately i got onto the laptop and messaged them about this terrible service. I asked for a refund and its been 3 months and still haven't got my money back. I've been emailing them constantly and now it has come to the point where they have stopped replying. It frustrates me so much that people can be like this. Is there anyone that can help me sort this out? PLEASE :( $200 gone down the drain.
