I wanted to port a number from them, they did exactly what I wanted. I needed help with Xfinity mobile and they told me exactly what to do. The support team sent me Amanda to help and she was professional and helped me through until my number was ported over. It was easy and very inexpensive. They didn't charge me for anything else. I was able to pick my number and then I sent it over to Xfinity with all the information that NumberBarn told me to send them. They helped me through email while I was on the phone with Xfinity Mobile trying to get it ported. It was a good experience and I know if I need this again, where to go. My number was ported over on the 5th of February, 2024 and it was in my phone by the 7th. Thanks for all your help and keeping it professional. I will come back again if I need another number.

Amazon had a tablet for sale Samsung and I wanted it for a birthday present. I got far enough to see when it would be delivered and it was fine. I checked reviews and saw it would be Amazon delivered which I wanted. I found everything okay and then checked out. It said it would be here before the birthday and I was happy. Two days before the date it had not shipped and I thought what is the problem. I contacted Amazon and as usual and of course could barely understand the person in another country. I tried to see what is the problem and said there is no way it will get here in time for the birthday. I saw the next day that the date had gone into another week in a half. I contacted Amazon again and as usual another person I could barely understand. I ask to be transferred to the United State so I could speak with someone who would understand me and I them. I ask also for a supervisor and got one that still was hard to understand. Well lets just say they didn't care at all, they didn't get why I was so upset. Also I didn't mention that the tablet was ordered on November 25th for the birthday of December 6. Plenty of time and the date given after purchase was December 3 - 5. I thought great but how they handle it was so bad and there was no customer service at all. I got the same hard to understand rep that just said " you have to wait until the date given". Nothing more and why it was not shipping out. I also have Amazon prime so no excuse and I so despise Amazon customer service. They ruined the birthday. This was all she wanted and now to be waiting for it and it's not there. Did Amazon care at all, no! Also I gave suggestions of how they could help with this even saying I will pay more to expedite the shipping to get it here and it's been done before. When you are talking to people overseas that can't understand you or understand why you are so upset, they are not going to help you at all. They did nothing to help me with this or explain why the shipment had not been shipped out. Also why hasn't it shipped out after all this time? Also it didn't say this long shipping in the beginning when I was purchasing it or I wouldn't have. I want you all to see who it's sold by in the picture I provided. I was bullied over the phone that it was sold by a third party, I said no it's not. I was on the website the entire time on the phone explaining to someone who couldn't understand me that I'm on the site and I made sure that 99% of my orders are by and from Amazon.

This was one of the worst places I have worked. It wasn't the work itself but the fact that they don't give a dam about there employee's. They stay open during the holidays with one person in the whole store to watch. The manager is in the back no helping to watch a highly theft store. This location is huge when it comes to theft. They have prostitutes hook up in the Walgreens parking lot. I've come out to car activity. They hurry and drive off. You can find the many condoms in the parking lot. When I was there, so many elderly people working that you are the only one they ask to do all the heavy work load. They have a saying in the streets here, "You want something for free, go to Walgreens". I've heard it myself. I've watched people walk in and get what they want, walk right out of the store. I worked so many times without lunch or bathroom break. I ask if this was illegal. They said yes but who cares enough to do anything about it. I wonder about this place Knoxville, Tennessee because so much goes on here unnoticed. It really does. I wonder about the women at night because they are so at risk when these people come in after 10:00pm until midnight. I would hide behind the counter and watch the red eyes walk in and walk out the store with what they wanted. Curious, would you stop red eyes? This was one of the worst and frightening experience I have ever had on a job. I haven't gone back into Walgreen since I was working there. I'm reading someone posting worst customer experience ever! They are telling the truth. How can you have good customer service when there is only the manger, and one register operator at the front of the store. That is how it was so many times. I couldn't go to the bathroom or eat lunch. This is Knoxville so who is going to care? You only get a 30 minute lunch break. I want to acknowledge the Broadway location I hear a lot about. It is run by a Mr. Love who I hear is very good at managing that store. I've never been in it but I hear good things. Well that's it for now but I had to speak about working at this store because it was and still is so bad. I didn't mention the amount of people that left this location and was fired after many many years of service.

You are right. I saved things that I would go back to and it was work created. I would also have like for them to send me a notice as a courtesy to say you need to make some changes, and I would have. It makes no sense to me for us to put in all that work and they know it also. It would not take a moment no more then it does to send a email stating we have removed your account because of. That could have been we will remove if you don't. Give a time and as I know I would have made those changes. They clearly say no sex content and I had a follower who did that to me. That page is still there. Doug I know how you feel.
