“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY/WEBSITE”

I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from this company anymore. I placed an order for the blue cardigan sweater that they have on their website, not only did it take 3 1/2 weeks to receive but it was not what I ordered. I received a piece of thin fabric that was threw together like a shirt with sleeves and was told that there is a slight difference in the appearance of the items from the picture(which is not stated on the website)if I had of known, I wouldn't have purchased the so called cardigan. Then I was told in order to receive my money back I have to pay for shipping and once they receive it, then they would refund me my money... STRAIGHT SCAMMERS!
I should've known better to order from a "company "that doesn't have an actual contact number and wants you to respond by email.

We are so sorry that you had a bad shopping experience on Pink Queen. Kindly note that the item is a bit of different from the picture beacuse of the shotting angle and sunlight. As for the shipping, our factory is located in China, so normally it will take 7-15 days by standard shipping.
