First, my card had a transaction on it before I activated the card. I made a purchase and a few days later I could not find my card so I reported it lost or stolen. Fraud department told me that my funds will be credited if I send the affidavit back within 10 days. I sent it within the time frame and requested for another card. They said it will be between 7-10 business days. Cool…. However it's been over 1 month and I was still waiting. Customer service told me a different story every time I spoken to them. They even sent me multiple cards. I just received one of them after waiting over a month. And it cannot be activated because they sent several cards. Not to mention… they will not give my money back from the fraudulent charges for 45-90 business days! First they said it will be credited to my account within 3 days of sending the affidavit, and the affidavit must be sent within 10 days, or I'll have to wait 45-90 days if they don't receive the affidavit within 10 days. THAT WAS A LIE! I cannot access the $138.90 on the card, nor will they credit me for the fraudulent charges! It's been over a month!
Dont waste your time! It's not worth the headache! Deal with a company that can be honest and not rip you off!
