I ordered an item on August 17 and asked how long shipping would take, was told there was a delay of 10-14 days, by September. 6 I emailed again, was told sept. 20, and I'd get an email when item was shipped. By sept. 27 I had heard nothing, emailed AGAIN, and heard nothing so my next email was to cancel. Then I finally got a snippy reply about item cancelled but I "lost a great deal." it's not a great deal to have to keep asking, getting delays and then a snarky reply when cancelling. Guess homebello doesn't care about good business. Stay away, don't know if they'd ever give me a straight answer, I certainly don't know when & if I'd EVER receive ($900.00) item.
