Service is suffering. Walk in and you feel like you're a burden. There's nothing welcoming about entering the shop. I usually purchase a dozen online. In recent months, I'll go to pick my order up and I'm told I'll need to make other choices bc they don't have part of my order. One time the options were so poor that I filled in with glazed. I still paid the higher price. It makes you feel ripped off. One time I picked up an order, got home, opened the box- not my order. Drove back and explained that this box is not my order. Response: What's the problem? I did get my order eventually. Tonight, I was going to place our usual order, a customized dozen. We had only 6 options, 5 were chocolate covered: chocolate iced, 2 more chocolate iced with holiday sprinkles, chocolate covered, custard filled or Kreme filled, last option original glazed. Are you in the business of selling doughnuts? Each time I go recently, I ask what's going on and the response is always one that makes me feel like I'm crazy. This is not Krispy Kreme anymore. I don't know what's happened but you aren't what you used to be. It's hugely disappointing. You want more money for your products but the service, quality, and availability isn't there anymore. Figure it out or just close.
