After sending me second-run, factory-defective LUXURY MERCHANDISE FROM L'OBJET six months ago, to this day this vendor has NOT sent me the factory-perfect replacements and REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY! Not only that, but despite reams and reams of correspondence via email, the customer service rep, one CRAZY, incompetent "Nikki," then DENIED ever SELLING me the L'Objet items, for which I paid HER and HOMEBELLO $900! Of course, I got angry, and when I defended myself and forwarded her my original purchase receipts with all the correspondence between us since this summer, she then called me a "motherf**ker" along with other egregious epithets in FARSI, the language spoken by Iranians! She ended her tirade with LOL! UN-BE-LIEVABLE! I have all these exchanges which I'm presenting to the police, the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security, all relevant Better Business Bureaus, not to mention directly to the ownership of L'Objet in Beverly Hills. I am recently widowed and out $225, thanks to these fraudulent lunatics. PLEASE: don't make the same mistake I did. Don't buy ANYTHING from this crooked company just because you can shave a few bucks off here and there. Trust me: there's a REASON their merchandise is cheaper. It isn't factory-authorized, and they offer NO customer service AT ALL. This is truly the most APPALLING transaction I've EVER had over the internet, and that's saying a lot, since I'm a rabid online buyer. STAY AWAY! This Nikki girl is a KOOK, and this business is BOGUS! I would give them FIVE RED STARS, in the negative, if I could!
