Regarding your reply to my initial review - I do not believe your response details - if you had any integrity, you would immediately fix your cancellation procedure, and enable customers wishing to cancel their membership to do so immediately and completely!

Hi Sharon - I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We absolutely do not charge anyone who has fully canceled their subscription before the free trial period ends and you do not have to cancel your debit card in order to avoid charges from us. Please send us an email to help@scribd.com and we will absolutely make sure that your subscription has been fully canceled and, if you've been charged, issue a refund. Thank you!
