I bought one as a wedding gift. It was as expected and they were thrilled. But where Fracture shines is customer service. I contacted chat who quickly fixed the wrong address (I provided). When ups sent it to the old bad address I contacted customer service. They followed up and quickly sent a replacement. Their response was "let's get your photo in the right hands asap and we'll figure out what happened with UPS later." How can you beat that?!
