First, the brow serum works wonderfully. With consistent use over three weeks, my brows became fuller. I have a before and after photos to prove it. I've been using Nulastin for my hair, and while I cannot see the difference, I'm confident that the one area I've been focusing on will fill in some more.
The customer service team is exceptional as well. I goofed on my order and they took care of it.
Now for the bad news. When I finished using Grande lash (used for years and never a problem), I gave my eyes a week to rest and then started to use the Nulastin eye serum. Within a week, I developed a stye and an infection in my right eye. The swelling, pain, and oozing became concerning, so I had to go to an ophthalmologist (diagnosis code H00.021). Ten days on drops plus a nightly antibiotic was the antidote. Cost for that was close to $200. My eyes are not overly sensitive since I've had lashes glued on a handful of times without incident. Needless to say, I will not be using the eye serum again.
