I am a reseller. Three out of four of the dirt bikes I purchased from this site are not functioning after less than within 24 hours of having been purchased from me. I called Family Go Karts immediately, and 15 days later, still no tech support. Every time I call to ask about the support ticket, which I filed on their site, I am told a different requirement that has to be met so that I can receive the support they claim to provide to their customers, and they delay addressing the issue by a minimum of three days. When I inquired about this issue, I was told to get my support somewhere else and they proceeded to hang up on me—And I wasn't even yelling. When I called back, the same person answered the phone and said "How can I help you?" I asked to speak to the manager, and she, conveniently, said she couldn't hear me, then laughed and hung up again.
