Didn't work because my model wasn't supported. There's a generic program you can run, but I went through 100% and it still failed. Support got back to me quickly though, they wanted to try to troubleshoot it, but I wasn't going to waste anymore of my time so they gave me a refund.
Just make sure to keep track of your order number, as you'll need that if you want to cancel the subscription through their link. Otherwise, you can go to your PayPal and stop the recurring payment there (click your name in the top right, then go to "money, banks, and cards" on the left side menu, scroll down to "automatic payments").
