I ordered a shirt for my aunt for Christmas. When I opened it, there were smudges on the design. I sent pictures and stated I was not satisfied with the product. They asked me to send pictures, which I did. They avoided giving me y money back and just sent a replacement. I told them I did not want the replacement, as shipping takes time and it would not make it in time for the holidays. They have not given me refund. I have not received the replacement and I do not want it.
