Impossible to get through to support; neither via chat nor through phone. Hours of waiting time, no solution.

I've ordered over a dozen essays with them and most of them were good. Most of the problems were stemming from improper communication with the writer. So guys - when you order a paper from them, make sure you explain your directions and provide as much informaiton as possible. You can easily detect whether your writer is good or you need to change him/her by the way s/he responds or asks questions. I understand there are different people working there, so I'm always working with those writers who have shown best results. Another good tip is - if you are not sure who to work with, go through testimonials. I'm definitely going to use this service.

I've used Hotmail from 2001 to 2008 and switched to one of the competitors because our corporate office required it. I kept using two accounts for a couple years, but decided to quit at some point. When I came back to find an email I needed I found something that resembled web-based outlook. I never used Outlook before, so it was difficult for me to find out what's where and I closed that account without a slightest wish to come back. I guess it's just me, but I didn't like the experience I had. Not using it now.
