Most things I order are cheap so if they don't fit I just give away. A couple times I ordered expensive items that didn't fit or really bad quality for the price. I called customer service & was helped immediately. Once I was told to keep the item & was given full credit. Another time I was allowed to send item back & received credit - shipping. Was ok with this as it states no returns. As for home items, make-up, etc., have been pleased with items.
