Would give zero if I could. Target.com reguarly ships product with ZERO packing materials. I have complained multiple times. They also use cheap shipping service (surepost). Over half shipments arrive damaged. Because of no packing materials, the collectibles inside were damaged. Yet they will not process a return for a damaged item that THEY shipped using THEIR shipper of choice and THEY decided to put no packing materials in the box. Their customer service states they have to esculate to a specialist that will call me in 5-7 days. I have a video and photos! What is there to esculate? What happened to customer service? Worst service of all the retailers. Never buy collectibles here.

Sling TV service is terrible. They make it almost impossible to talk to a live person. They want everything done online. They do not prorate billing and continued billing for the NBA package after the season ended. I tried to cancel online and the NBA league pass section of the site would not let me deselect the service. I had to do a online chat to cancel. I did the chat on June 18th. My billing cycle started on the 17th. One day before. They refused to refund and charged me another full month. That alone seems like a scam. Supper easy to sign up, super had to cancel. But the real scam is that they are not offering me any services at all for the extra charges they refuse to refund. The NBA Season is over and the channels they are still charging me for have no content on them! They are blank screens. I shouldn't have to cancel. The subscription should have ended when the season was over. Sling is a poor value based on cost to content of new competitors. And their customer service is absolutely horrible. Worse than the cable TV customer service I cut the cord from when I came to them. Sling is Overpriced and needs basic customer service 101 training. I do not recommend their service.

Verified purchase

Buyer Beware when using Car Guru "great deal", "fair deal" sorting feature. This is not an accurate sorting tool, does not provide accurate data, and Car Guru takes no action to correct it. On two occasions I spent significant time working on buying vehicles based on Car Guru "great deal" searches only to find the dealers listed lower prices online that were clearly false advertising, then marked the prices up at purchase time. The most recent was North Wilkesboro Toyota in Wilkesboro NC. They advertised a Toyota Rav 4 as pre certified with warranty included at $23,998. Then at closing they try to add $1,499 for the Certified Pre Owned Warranty even though it was included in the web listing. They also added a millennium package at $499 bringing the total to $25,766. This made the Car Guru search worthless as this was no longer a great deal. A complaint was filed with Car Gurus including a copy of the listing and a written quote from the dealer. Nothing was done by Car Guru. Dealers are working the search analytics by posting fraudulent deals they will not honor and CAR GURU is not doing anything to address. Buyer Beware. A CAR GURU search is a waste of your time!

Buyer Beware! I have had multiple bad experiences with Fanatics. Do your homework. They have an F rating with the BBB and failing reviews on every site. Most recent was a preorder of football trading cards. They were shipped without packing materials and damaged upon arrival. Should be a simple fix…. But not with Fanatics. Tried to process a return thru their website but it wouldn't allow me. The site stated I needed to call in for this item. I filed a dispute with PayPal and uploaded photos of the damage. 48 hours later, they didn't even answer the dispute. I reluctantly called the main line. After providing all the information I was given another number and informed I needed to call Fan Services. This fist call was 7 minutes. I then called Fan Services and had to provide all the same information again. After going through everything again, I was told this had to be forwarded to another department and it would be 2-3 business days and additional instructions would come by email. This second call took an addition 15 minutes. I have over $400 of worthless product. This isn't a return because I changed my mind, they sent me damaged product. Their marketing of 365 days easy returns is false advertising. Buyer Beware. All the negative reviews are warranted. This company is completely incompetent.
