Buyer beware. Got the runaround from the store and no working engraver. Am out a sizable bit of cash, sadly I paid in full, in advance. Defective upon arrival, warranty claims doesn't seem to be a priority and customer satisfaction is not their problem. They have my money and I have a dangerously defective high powered laser. Bought it from their store, so no printed receipt. The laser just started the moment I switched it on and burned my work table. The photos show just how powerful a beam it fires upon start up and during framing.
Tip for consumers:
they will take forever so that your 14 days are up. Beware and buy from someone else. I will never buy from them again, although I have made good experiences with their 3D printers (bought from a physical store with a real, law abiding return and exchange policy). But after this, never again.
