I have purchased many frames over several years from PictureFrames.com, always with good results. A few weeks ago, I ordered a "canvas floater" frame that arrived in the wrong size and with large gaps where the frame pieces meet in the corners. Customer service is not accepting any phone calls (!) and my chat message to them has not been returned after several days. Looks like I am out $56. I will NEVER order from this website again. From the reviews I see here, it looks like I am not alone.
Tip for consumers:
Don't order from pictureframes.com. They are no longer operating satisfactorily.

None. Picture frame was wrong size. Bought non-custom one at local store to deliver gift on time.
