I sent them monies for an item it was to have free shipping I was contacted by their shipping Department supervisor, by email. She said if they didn't hear back from me By the following day, they would go ahead and just ship it out. It would just take a little bit longer because it would be regular registered mail I guess and I never received it. I've called him tons of times. I've emailed them several times I've gotten on their website to talk to there to help her message computer thing never got to speak to anybody emailed several times back to the person that had emailed me and I've left several phone messages and I've had no response and it's been about seven months and for the first three months I was on it like a lot and I still haven't gotten a response and I haven't gotten my money back.
