“Potential scam”

This appears like some kind of scam to me. When creating an account, it asks for your social security number for "payment and tax purposes." No one should need this type of information from you before you're even interviewed and hired there. This raises an eyebrow for me. There are much better home care companies out there, I'd recommend looking into others.
