I purchased a Rockville home Surround sound within 2 months the remote broke because it's so cheaply made, contacted customer service told them about it they said they would send an email. I never received an email contacted them again wanting a refund they said they would get back to me within a day. Still haven't heard from them. Note: you can not use the Surround sound without the remote! $165 wasted! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TRASH BRAND!

The customer service is a joke! Their merchandise is cheap garbage like equivalent to Dollar General brand! Buy something else! Dont waste your money like I did.
