I ordered a set of DVDs about a year ago and the charge appeared on my credit card. For months I received nothing, I could not contact them so I sent a dispute to Discover. They refunded my money. About the same time I got an email from the new person who was running Loving the Classics. Their browser was blocking all kinds of mail so she fixed it and about December 2019 sent another email saying she was catching up on orders. By the beginning of January 2020 I received my set of DVDs. The other person didn't realize the situation and it has been corrected.
