I am currently taking a financial course. They have failed my past exam and only refunded my account half. From a professional stand point if you don't complete the task you provide great customer service and grant a full refund for failing. I am so disappointed this is the way they deal with a loyal customer. I wish i could say valuable but obviously i am not.
