I am a registered nurse returning to the workforce and trying to get recertified in this COVID environment. I wanted an online class, and they offered several. But after I took the courses, I applied for a job and found out that the certifications are completely worthless! They pretend to be associated with the American Heart Association and they even have the red heart and torch as their logo. It's a lie. I sent an email yesterday evening asking for a refund, but have not heard back. I'm extremely frustrated and upset that they misrepresented their certifications and in doing so, they have basically stolen from me.
