I bought three gifts from their website and paid for 3-5 days shipping. It's been 10 days and the packages have not arrived. It missed my friend's birthday. When I try the 'track and manage' it glitches and says it cannot find my order. When I write to customer services they tell me it will arrive tomorrow, but it never does. I fear this is a scam and they take your money and dont deliver anything
