Do not purchase RV controllers MFG by Dinosaur Electronics here is the reason why.
Purchased a circuit board from a distributor for Dinosaur Electronics who make circuit boards for RV water heaters. The board failed and I asked the company if they could refer me to a local reputable dealer to test the board. Their response I am sorry, but I do not have direct contact information for any one in
That area.

The ignitor removed during operation will keep it from working properly
But will not damage the board. Does that same fuse pop when it is
Running on ONLY AC or Gas not both at the same time?
This means that they are the only ones who can test the board.
I explained all of the ins and outs of trying to get the board to work.
They finally said that the three year warranty was void because their 5 amp fuse failed to protect the board. Here is their response. Again, the fuse kept blowing from an issue with your T-stat/ECO If you kept replacing the fuse you damaged the board with a fault not caused by the board. If a new board is installed, you will further damage the new one by not replacing those first. We cannot warranty further damage or boards since this initial fault was no failure of the board, but the other devices and you replacing the board caused the damage. If you get that board into us, we can look at repairing it, but the board will have no further warranty.
Ok that's a good explanation I just started it up again on gas it works fine, same fuse.
When I do try to turn on the electric side both gas and electric kick on. That does not seem correct.
I went through two fuses that's all I had and it did not work. I took the RV down to a RV repair at the sum of $150.00 the same fellow who tested the old board and gas valve said I needed a new one of each so purchased, and installed. He had us turn on gas switch it worked then electric switch it worked. We went back to where we were staying it would not work blown fuse I did not have anymore fuses. Scheduled to have the same fellow check it again then that evening I felt I was being taken advantage of so canceled. Drove home and it worked.
But again with the gas and electric running at the same time when only the electric was turned on. That kicked the breaker to resistance heater. Let stand for an hour went back out turned on gas switch and it runs fine but the electric side has both gas and electric. Since its your board I am sending it back to you to have it tested since there is a three year warranty I would like to find out what's wrong.

RV industry has been ravaged with economic down turns in the 2008 year since then Mfg's have changed and their ethics have also faltered. As the American car industry in the 70's the RV industry needs some Japanese competition to get American Mfg's. to come up to the plate with high quality equipment and service warranties. People wonder why foreign companies are making more of our products this is a fine example you bought it and you are stuck with it. Made in USA sorry does not work.

We had problems with our Hot water heater
They tested both circuit board and gas solenoid valve said both were bad. Sold us board for $278.76 on the web it costs 135.00
Gas valve sold to us was 205.10 on the web
$154.88
Purchased a trailer electrical cable 7 way stab for $80.84 cost on web $36.83. Cable was bad does not work.
Hot water heater still does not work. Then charged us $150.00 to trouble shoot, still does not work. Do not use this business it will cost you at least twice what it would normally cost parts. Mechanic is just a parts replacer does not know what he is doing. They are shysters'!

I purchased three blouses from Lightinthebox which I received 3 weeks later. I used their fitting charts that were not correctly sized to American standards. The blouses did not fit. When I tried to return the blouses they did not have a return policy that was friendly. I had to take pictures of the clothing with tape measures showing the length width bredth and depth of all three garnets. Then they said they would only credit $70 out of $90. When I complained they said they would make it $90.00. I went to the Post Office to mail back to China and the postage would have been $89.50. Which I refused to do. So now still trying to get a credit for the over priced and sly way they do business. DO NOT BUY ANY LIGHTINTHEBOX PRODUCTS. The company is a rip off.

Company uses date on invoice to qualify you for their 30 day return policy. After 30 days you are now dealing with manufacturer and forget about liquids lost and shipping charges accrued. Perfect irrespirable vender just in business to make money only screw the customer. Never again will I do business with this crappy dealer.

Tip for consumers:
Use Amazon much better, faster and no questions asked returns.

Products used:
30 day return policy based on date of invoice not actual date put into service. In my case the power steering pump failed immediately upon replacing the pump. I use the car daily, they would only replace the pump would not give money back.
