I submitted $19.99 I haven't been able to trade yet I'm on a demo and I'm getting a lot of teaching how to trade or what is trading I don't see where I can start trading I would like a refund. I am trying to reach the support I wrote to them no one's written me back can I please get a refund I would appreciate it

I have not heard anything back from anyone as far as customer service goes.

Reason I chose this business:

I thought I would be able to trade right away and I don't see how to get started I've sent messages I haven't heard anything in return I would like a refund I would appreciate it very much.
