I gave my daughter in law a gift certificate that i had obtained because i customized something and then you can never return for cash. Anyway, she intended to wear this dress to my daughters wedding in late September. I asked her what the status was and she said that the website showed that nothing was done after the order was put in there was no progress so I called the Shakti and they told me that nothing was done because I had an answered an email about what my experience was after the customization and I explain to them that this dress which was going to someone with a different name at a different address in a different state had nothing to do with me, so why were they holding this up? Anyway I told them about the. Customization and we proceeded with the dress my daughter-in-law ordered with an expected delivery date of October 19,2023. I looked at the website today October 17,2023 to see what the status was and the pattern hasn't even been cut. I called then back And they told me that the natural pet is going on, but they may not even have the fabric in stock. She told me she would investigate an expedite, which is what I was told the last time I called to ask how come nothing had been done to the dress at this point I just want my daughter-in-law to get the dress and I never want to use this company again - the turnaround time is ridiculous. Their customer service sucks and in general it's just a frustrating experience.
