I ordered my items on 2024-01-02 and the tracker said they were delivered on 2024-01-17. The first thing that I did was check my mailbox and check with the building management for my parcel. And it was not delivered. Then I checked with Canada Post to find out about the parcel. The Canada Post said they don't release the information to the receiver. Only then, I submitted the issue to Jolse. They reply to me with it's been delivered link and need the letter from the Post. All they had to do was contact the Canada Post to investigate and Jolse failed to do so. I finally got my items on 2024-02-07. I got lucky to get my ordered items but with this kind of service I don't see myself buying with Jolse again.
