I gave this company a 1 only because I had to mark something. I ordered my spa in May about the first week. On May 19 it was tracked to California and nothing after that. I've contacted very crate about four times. I've asked for a refund and was told I couldn't get one because the order was shipped. They so said they couldn't track it anymore because the carrier couldn't track it. Here it is July and I haven't received either nor have I been contacted by Very Crate. Poor business
