They cancelled my order before Christmas so my gift did not arrive. No explanation given. Spent 20 min on the phone with customer service. They swore they would investigate why the manager cancelled the sale. Never heard a peep. They have lost my business permanently. Terrible companies have no customer service and this is a terrible company.

They auto renewed me membership without my authorization. Ten minutes after receiving email telling me they had charged me for another year, I called. They would not refund entire amount and charged me for a whole month. Absolute crooks! Will never, ever join again.
