Okay, long story short, these guys are absolutely terrible to deal with. They seem like they take care of the animals but ultimately they just suck. They don't answer phone calls and occasionally will respond to text messages. They don't answer your questions honestly and are clearly about themselves, not the animals. They never delivered the prairie dog that I ordered and paid for. They would not comment or respond to me and my multiple messages. I disputed the charge with my bank and thankfully it was credited even after KYTY tried to say the claim I made was false. LMAO. They DON'T deserve your time, energy, money. There are better places to purchase a pet from.
